Mental Health awareness is very crucial these days, take care of your health and your loved one. Mental Health is a level of psychological well-being or an absence of mental illness. there are many factors that contributes to mental health, such as life experience, biological factor and social / environment factors which included in this app.

Know what symptoms you have about major depression and anxiety disorder. Know what should you do if you're having the early symptoms about depression or anxiety and prevent it from getting worst. Being mentally ill doesn't mean you can't be treated. Please never think of that, psychiatric is there to help as well as counseling service.
